Tears Of Sorrow

by A Broken Bleeding Soul   Jun 2, 2005

Press your face into the pillow
Hide the tears you shed
Whisper all your silent cries of
"I wish that I were dead"

Drown in all those hurtful words
Hold in your life's last breath
Close your eyes to all you hate
Close your eyes to death

Blink your eyes, just let it flow
Let out all your tears
Let out all the heart ache
That's been with you through the years

If anyone sees the pain you hide
And the tears flowing from your eyes
Sew on your smile and fake it
Indulge them in your lies

Always wear that fake disguise
Never let your real pain show
Never walk out without it
No one shall ever know

But when you are alone
Take off that phony smile
Sit in your room and think
And cry your tears for a while

Then gather up your faith and hope
Believe that you are strong
Forget all those bloody cuts
And all that you've done wrong

Silence all those painful cries
And wake up to a tomorrow
Wipe away your endless tears
All the tears of sorrow

hello, my true and inspiring friend......beautiful work, as always, you amaze me. Things are better? Hows your friend in the Hosp. Please don't try to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, its way to heavy, just give it all to God and he will carry it for you. Keep positive, and believe in yourself, and I will never stop saying that to you. Love always, your friend here, Becky Ps Lindsey sends her prayers and love......Love ya Becky
