Moon Light

by MyxxDeadXXsoul   Jun 3, 2005

Basking in the moon light
She walks slowly to her death
Trying to recall the few joyful moments that she’s ever had
She sits by the rocks waiting for the darkness of her life to end
Her life hasn’t been a fruitful one
But dark and gloomy
Her life has all been a sham
She was never truly happy
Never really content
Only depressed and misunderstood
No one ever thought this would happen
All the signs were there
But they chose to ignore them
Pretending the weren’t
So now she lays down to die
On the same stretch of beach shore always came to to hide
Hide from her troubles
Hide from her fears
From the darkness of her life
But now, she will wait in the light of the moon
Just waiting for the darkness to over come her
