Which one?

When two paths lay ahead
each is a different dream
that can come true
the paths don't intersect

down one path lays life,
love, and husband and wife
down the other lays job,
career, and skills

both are dreams of mine
since childhood they existed
but now i can choose only one
and which one should I choose?

should I choose love,
and hope career comes later
or should i choose career
and hope love comes later

neither one I want more,
they both are balanced,
but i want both, not one
but its not possible
