great poem, I can totally relate to that, although like in my poem you read I sometimes think there are more factors to my not eating that control, for me it is also about losing weight, or maybe its about controlling my weight....... anyways!!!

first of all let me tell you, you do have control, you are in so much control that you don't even realize it......you control your thoughts, and you control who you will be, and how much better you will be, not that creep, or any other creep.....JUST Believe in yourself, you don't have to do the food thing, you are in control. so control, and tell anyone who tries to hurt you, 'CONTROL THIS", and walk away.....you are in control......you are also in control of being a great writer, write and write , and write some more, just please don't hurt yourself. With writing you release the negative with words, and the only thing that gets hurt, is your fingers, or writers cramp........be positive, the world is your paper, and your thoughts are your pen.......great poem keep writing love ya Becky
