A Love Worth Dieing For

by morgan   Jun 3, 2005

I've wrote poems about love after love,
and how i thought each guy was sent from above.

i wrote how I'd die if we split apart,
and how if he cheated on me it'd break my heart.

but that all changed when i first saw you,
it was love at first sight and meant to be true.

we hung out alot as our phone calls became longer,
we started dating and our love became stronger.

this was definitely real love, i just knew,
my life started to revolve only around you.

a few fights here and there but they never got in the way,
you'd always make it better, you always knew what to say.

then one day it happened, you purposed to me,
and of course i said yes, we were meant to be.

i waited to do things with you because of rumors that i heard,
but then i let you take my virginity on October twenty-third.

after that i trusted you with everything, my life and my heart,
and i hoped beyond hope that we'd never split apart.

we went through alot but still hung on,
i was sure this time, you were the one.

in a few years from now I'll hopefully be your wife,
because you are the one and only love of my life.

your love is so different from all the others before,
YOUR love is a love worth dieing for.

To my baby boy Michael James Thompson. I love you sweetheart and I always will. ~
Your baby gurl
