Socialism (Upgraded)

by samuel   Jun 3, 2005

Dictatorial bombast preaching
Revolution
From aristocratic balderdash means
Someone\'s head will fall.
Egalitarianism knows no head;
We are all men equal
And the wealth of this soil
Belongs equally to us,
All of us.
Political ideology stands
Taller than pragmatism;
Infrastructural impetus advocates
A common good.
Does it become Utopian?
Popular hegemony precipitates
Nouveau bourgeoisie
Backed by military might,
Innuendos and pontification.
For your good alone we restore a head
More compassionate, more humane;
Kill, kill, kill,
Drench the land in red rioting -
All saboteurs must drop,
They squeal and are killed;
A man of steel
Will tolerate none of the treachery
Of men who yesterday comrades
Today become enemies
Of a soviet state.
