A Tattered Heart

by Katie Bennett   Jun 3, 2005

A tattered heart torn in two

Tattered and bleeding all cause of you
All I ever wanted from you
Torn to pieces; ripped in two
Totally unaware of breaking my heart
Ever watching my life fall apart
Requiting pain just like before
Even still I want you more
Dangerously in love, slowly I fall

Help me out, this is my last call
Enchant my heart like you did in the past
And mend our love to make it last
Relinquish my pain, take it away
Tomorrow is coming; a brand new day

Bandage my heart and stop the rain
Let me fall on you and ease my pain
Ever ready, I beg for you now
Except my plea, love me again somehow
Dont let me falter, this is my last plea
Slowly take me in and be with me
