Jaded

by Katie Bennett   Jun 3, 2005

Loves desire burns within
apprehensive now to trust
loves forsaken beauty
is held a captive slave to lust
sensual dreams reminisced
what such sins are unforgiven
lustful hearts intwined as one
are dirty deeds forbidden
sacred love is in flames
the desire is long dead
reflected in death's eyes
are bloody tears of red
six feet underground
loves heart still bleeds
for a forsaken love
that it still desperatly needs
enchanted in a myth
love's lust has faded
all this time it was me...
I was the one you jaded

Did i insult you?cos i didn't mean to.truly.i simply meant that putting it in one paragraph makes is look much longer than it is.but it seems like you're not too happy about that so i'll stop XD

anw, this poem's pretty sad.i wonder why everyone who writes love poems is about breakups or rejection.makes love sound like a mistake.but its nice.it was written such that it was quite straight-forward, yet seemed like there was some hidden meanings

p.s:i'm 14 now, but in 2 months i'll be 15, a mere 1 year away from you, ate only one year's worth of rice lesser than you.lol
