you listen to the sound
and you start to hum the melody
which makes a perfect harmony
when your voice hits mine
i feel i can see though i am blind
when the words you cant say come out
its like you can not speak your life is so dried out
no one
likes me
and no one even looks at me
and they say the wrong words
and it hurts so bad
so why cant i just act normal not sad?
when i take a look around
i see you reading a book upside down
and you really start to smile
and it makes me stare for the longest while
when the smile fills your face
and your politeness turns into grace
for the first time it is real
not like a dream you can not feel

likes me
someone looks at me
