this was excellent. a perfect poem for something so imperfect as suicide. and it has a lot of insight that only someone who has been through it would understand. i loved it.

i tried to kill myself twice, and one of my close friends did also, but after she did, it struck at me so hard how much it owuld have hurt if it had worked for her.

if it all overcomes you anytime you can write me an email or just call up a friend, jsut keep pushing on through, this world shouldnt lose a brilliant poet/person such as you!

all through grade school i had suicidal thoughts but i eventually got ober them then i found out my cousin(old enough to be uncle,29)commited suicide last week

thank you all for your lovely comments and votes. at this time i am beginning to move on and i am happy i have learnt a lesson from this wonderful man. My family is coping allright we pull together and get through every time. i will comment back when i have the chance but this could be a while so i'm sorry (i have a lot of comments!!!)

Wow.... that poem is awesome. its written so well its very deep and i loved the flow of it. it was easy to read but hard to stomach. its so sad how many people feel as if they can not go on any further i know ive felt that way but then i think about all the things that you mentioned in your poem my friends my family the ppl that actually care about me and no matter how bad i feel i dont want them to hurt at all so i jus grit my teeth and go through the day that poem is awesome it gave me cold chills beautiful job.
