I know that you love me
And I think I love you
But one minute I hate you
And the next its too good to be true

I never thought we'd last
I thought we'd just fall apart
And I know I'm the one you want
But its still so hard to let you into my heart

When we're together I'm sure we'll make it
But when I'm alone I'm unsure
I just want to be with you forever
Always knowing our love is pure

I tell you that I love you
And let you hold my hand
But it's only definite half the time
And I'm not even sure I understand

I wish I could tell you
When I just need to be alone
But I know you'll think I'm mad
And go off in your zone

Sometimes I want to scream at you
For being the way that you are
And then I want to take it back
And just let you hold me in you arms

Others say we won't make it
And sometimes I think they're right
But if you love me, and think we can
I'll hold up for another fight
