We had a little piece of heaven,
but couldn't see it for what it was.
Tear down the trees and replace them with man-made things.
We like to play god,
Kill just because we can.
What is a life to us if it not our own
If we could understand the animals,
If we could hear there plea,
Maybe we could wizen up and see the forest for the trees
We've bought our own demise,
Bought it with technology and lies.
We wait for death to bring us to heaven.
Death you will find,
But Heaven is what you left behind.
I wrote this because us humans are taking the world for granted and we are destroying her at an alarming rate!!!! Ever body help out nature!! She is your God not some entity in the sky!!!
