Fools in Love

by Lithium   Jun 6, 2005

Behind me he sits,
One who’s love was lost,
From my foolish mistake,
It really did cost,

Back into despair,
From one moment so raw,
It’s all my fault,
Together we could have soared,

Your life lived off mine,
But I was to blind to see,
What my foolish decisions,
Could really hurt to be,

If you asked me now,
I would definitely say yes,
But what are the chances,
You truly are the best,

But if you ever feel,
You can trust or love me again,
I’ll be willing to take the blessing,
Because you and I are both, fools in loves game.

Dedicated to Daniel, I don’t know if I really would.
