Pondering away waiting for the answers,
I sit here and watch the clock tick,
As if not every moment I wish,
You’d be next to me dying for an awakening kiss,
My head on my hand resting,
Just wanting the bell to ring,
So I can run outside to see you,
Like and angel coming through the light to sing,
There’s but 30 minutes left,
Before all pencils down,
It’s been deadly quite,
No ones made a sound,
For every second that went past,
There was not one soul concentrating ever so hard,
Our very lives depend on these tests,
They will show our capabilities and how far,
But each time I try to think,
Of an answer I know is in my mind,
You float back into my thoughts,
Then the answers I forget to find,
Can you see the love I have?
To give and present all the way through,
No matter how hard I try to forget this,
But I think where always meant to be, ‘me and you’.
