Misery

A simple day in the life of me,
Is filled with only misery,
Hurt and pain is all I feel,
I question whether this is real,
I’m so sick of feeling this way,
I just don’t know what to say,
I just want so much to die,
The pain I feel makes me cry,
I just can’t take it anymore,
I just want to shut the door,
So now I choose to take my life,
And rip it free with this knife,
I press it hard against my arm,
And cut the skin to rid me of harm,
My troubles just flow away,
There’s nothing left for me to say,
Now I’m gunna end it all,
Now you hear my good bye call,
Let it echo through you’re mind,
All my pain is left behind,
Now I’m lying on the floor,
I can hear death knocking at my door,
Hear I lay in a miserable heap,
Blood drips from my cut, so deep,
Now there’s nothing I can do,
But lay here, lifeless, thinking of you.
