Mud stained anger.

by rbmo401   Jun 6, 2005

I rise into broken arms
sleeping in the slums of yesterdays remorse
queit while the bird sings the tune
living to hear the ever flowing freedom
granted guns shot down upon me
they screamed
the sun came up and pondered its existence
to this day i wonder why
how can it be
it just is
the generic answer
rotting in my mind
now the sun shown down
my eyes squint
and i am reminded of puddles past

the whole mud thing comes from one of the first times i got drunk my friend found me lying in a puddle so now that you know it probably sounds stupid and all but it was a profound experience for me and lead me to today.
