Whispers From The Dead

In The Still Of The Night
The Darkness Sought To Move
Over My Suede Heart
Shadows Stir To Sooth

The Wind Chilled
As Heartache Blew To Frost
And Layed Upon My Bed
In Tiering Exhaust

Re-captured Memories
Of My Dearly Departed Woe
Tears Stained My Pillow
As I Struggled To Let Go

I Could Almost Sense
The Smell Upon Her Mist
Knowing Only Spiritually
My Sister Does Exist

Grabbing On To My Mind
I Heard Whispers In My Head
From The Awakening
a Message From The Dead

She Told Me To Release
The Memories And The Hurt
She's Moved On
And Its Time To Re-Assert

Feeling a Weight Lift
As I Cried Upon My Bed
Knowing She Exist
Somewhere Within The Dead
