Those Tests

We all experience diseases in our life
Some just get it worse.
But one thing is a hard taking thing
Some may think it's a curse.

Most of my family has gone through
This tragic, hateful disease.
But when you find out what is wrong
Your body will just freeze.

This big disease is not contagious
But it can be passed down.
Some of the people who get it
Get buried in the ground.

I always loved to read books about it
And they always made me cry.
Still, I do read those books
Even if I have to try.

So as my mother goes in to the Center
To get these disease tests.
We'll hope that she doesn't come out positive
With cancer in her breasts...
