THROUGH THE EYES OF A STRANGER

Do those who see me,
through the eyes of a stranger,
in this chaotic fast-paced world ,
pass by and wonder, or leave unnoticed,
my broken, lonely soul?
are regretfull memories and crimson tears,
concealed so well within,
that my eyes show not what hides behind,
the bleak, yet convincing grin?
or is the truth, as I do fear,
not that they do not see,
but in a world of many, I am one,
an insignificant piece?
but does a concience not infect,
the heart of those so cold?
no, for I should be alone,
in this chaotic, fast paced world.
