Surrounded by my friends,
Yet I feel alone,

Supported by my family,
Yet still I feel alone,

Standing with the one guy who has the power to cure my loneliness,
But continue as I do, I feel alone,

Looking at the man I love standing by my side,
I'm looking into an empty face, I feel alone,

Holding the hand of the man of my dreams,
I'm feeling something disappear, I feel alone,

Smelling the scent I adore, from a source I adore even more,
I'm smelling something faint, I feel alone,

Hearing this special guy whisper softly,
I'm hearing it spoken but not to me, I feel alone,

How can someone you love so much,

As I lose my entire heart,

Alone in this world I stumble,
Searching for the right path each day,
I thought I was stumbling with you beside me,
But I've realised it never was that way.
