You stayed

I got caught in the hype,
Things started getting rough.
I knew things would be all right,
Simply cos you showed me love.

I knew that it was wrong,
But i did it anyway.
You stayed by me all along,
To make sure i was okay.

Even when i yelled at you,
And ordered you about.
You did everything you could,
To try and help me out.

Although i pushed you aside,
You were always there.
You stayed for the full ride,
To show me how much you care.

So i just want you to know,
I'm as sorry as can be.
I'm so glad you didn't go,
Cos i needed you here with me.
