Sonnet

I'd better explain. In English class i was in a group with three other lads and we called ourselves 'Tucky Tucky'. The whole class had a competition of who could write the best sonnet. The typical lads left it to me and here is the result...

The English department is a wonderful place,
The teachers always have a smile on their face.
They help us to reach the maximum grade,
Till we are all happy with the progress we've made.
Miss Hamid always asks us if we understand,
Because she is kind, but on the other hand.
Miss McLaughlin just yells and does nothing but shout,
But Miss Hamid would rather just send people out.
English is good, we just all joke around,
But Miss Barge hates it if we make a sound.
So we're all glad to be in Miss Hamid's class,
Although we do so much work that really sucks ass.
So the winner should really be Tucky Tucky,
Our sonnets the best so consider yourself lucky!
