Don't Say Goodbye

We may have only known each other for a year,
But this friendship keeps on growing day by day,
We have been through the great times,
And sometimes bad but many things come as they may.

You are going to be the one who will always be there for me,
I know that I’m always able to count on you,
Each and every time I’m feeling down,
You’ll be there to make sure I come through.

This friendship I hope will last a lifetime,
And will never come to an end,
Because something like this usually never comes around,
A person I can actually call a true friend.

Now that this year is coming to a close,
Don’t be sad because of your past,
Think of the years to come and all that you have accomplished,
