Sunny Shadows

The sun washes in, shows me the holes in the sky
The stone casts unearthly shadows
Eyes betraying you and following the horizon
Can’t stop staring

The water’s blue I want to dive in
Swim amongst the highlighted waves
Dance in the sun’s rays
Stare over the cliff in front

Dark showers to the east
Waiting for the wind to start their stroll
They glide across the sunset
And ponder when to let it fall

    This is a neat poem! I like the title. It sounds sort of magical or something :) guess what? I finally got an award!! im sooo excited. or could u tell? lol
    I had a poem I was gonna put on here, but I forgot it at home. I called it anxiety. u'll have to read it, if u want to, but it's not really a nice one cause it's sort of sad :)
