The Unmentioned Girl

by Schmeg   Jun 9, 2005

She tears the flesh
But doesn't make a sound
Drop by drop
Blood hits the ground

Tears run down her face
As she holds the knife
She is thinking of him
And of this dreadful life

The scars on her arm
Make her visualize the past
Keeping her from seeing
That she was loosing blood, and fast

She shut her eyes for a moment
To think of all she said
Then cried out "I can't die now!"
She hold him she would call him When she got out of bed

She always does this
She gets so close to the end
And tries to straighten things out
Because she would be hurting her closest friend
