Never Any Time

There's never enough time in your world,
You're always rushing from place to place,
Seeing your friends, your family,
Having a life... but it doesn't involve me,
Briefly I receive a "hello" or slight affection,
I follow you too the ends of the earth,
Yet still you don't seem to see,
Are you blind? Or am I invisible?
What will it take for you to finally notice?
I've told you "I love you",
"No matter what I'll stay with you"
You've heard me say countless times,
You know it's true, that's why I'm still here,
Through all the feelings of non existence,
Through all the hurt you've caused,
I'm still with you because I am IN love,
But when will I deserve your time again?
When will I be as important as the rest?
One day a week, if that, I get,
Why don't I deserve more?
Why don't I deserve to not make the moves all the time?
I tired of chasing you,
Tired of wishing you'd notice me and make an effort,
Why do I not deserve an effort?
However small it may be,
You're happy to follow your friends,
To wherever they might want to go,
You're happy to spend time with your family,
They all mean a lot to you, I know,
I don't mean to take time away from them,
I don't want to be a nuisance,
I want you to be happy,
With me as well as everyone else,
I want to be part of your life again,
Just as much as the other people you love,
Most of all I want to be happy, I want to fall back in love!
Not the love I'm in right now,
But the love I was in before,
The love that had no boundaries or doubts,
IN love with the person I adore.
