Moonlight shine on my bitter face
death enlightened and life embraced
tears freeze softly upon my eyes
and breath is lost and gone with cries

hands so tightened
and legs so numb
now i see what i've become

shadows dancing and wind so wild
angels come to help this child
heart so black and eager to stop
smiles are fading
all hope is lost
