My oh so distant star, I see you shine for me with your luminous glow
I’d like to reach and touch you
because you convince me at times I can
but it is impossible to touch a star
I must remind myself
How can I continue to admire you from afar
when I need you here by my side
But perhaps you are a mere illusion
An already burnt out star who loss its true luster
gone extinguished and that which I’ve seen is long since gone and non exsistant
but I will continue to live by the glow which I see
and perhaps someday my oh so distant star will come to me
