Every jumper
And every victim
Of an overdose
Was courageous

Every man
Who slit his wrists
Is the one with the will
To save himself

Every time
The camera rolls
And the tape says goodbye,
I sigh in relief

So many choices
Of how to f**k it all,
So many ways
To let myself fall

No more attempts
Or contemplating
This night is my last,
I’m forever fading

    Car was right. It takes willpower, certainly to leave everyone you love behind, but it does take strength and courage to stay and fight through it all.
