My Heart

I feel somthing burning in my heart, There are so many emotions I dont know where to start, I feel love, anger, and so much despair, I talk to my friends but they are not aware, The pain cuts me like a burning knife, The love I feel only happens at night, The despair starts coming when I put on my face, the face that gets me through those terrible days, My parents get drunk and they start to yell, My sister thinks I should go to hell, When the sun goes down I cant sleep at night, Because when I lay my head my parents start to fight, I sit there and cry while my parents hit and scream, I hope and I pray that it is only a dream, Because I hear the guns go off and I hear my mother scream, They shot eachother on that faithful day, I still sit on my bed trying to make the memory go away.
