A Walk To Remember

One day in the summer
You came to me
I said what are you doing
He said you will see
So we were walking together
And unexpectedly
He stopped and looked into my eyes
And he kissed me
It was a walk to remember
For the rest of my life
I will love him forever
He will always be mine
So we went on to college
And we got our degree
He said baby I love you
Will you marry me
And of course I said yes
Without a doubt in my mind
He told me he would love me forever
And he would always be mine
He was lying there helpless
There was a tear in my eye
He put his hand on my face
And said don't you cry
I will always be with you
Where ever you go
Through rain, sleet, hail
And even the snow
He was the best man alive
It's not as bad as it seems
I see him all the time
Every night in my dreams
It was a walk to remember
For the rest of my life
I will love him forever
He will always be mine
