Adelaide

Little girl, my little melody,
hush your cries.
Little girl so sweet
of innocence and ribbon ties,
you dreamed of rainbows
and enchanted butterflies.
So still and quiet,
silent about their lies.
Little girl there's no harm,
but in the deepest of your heart,
there is pain inside.
