She

by if i told it wouldnt be a secret   Jun 13, 2005

The only friend she ever had
the one who couldn't make her sad
her so called friends didn't care
they just wouldn't bare

12 years old
sitting in the cold
her mother drunken
her eyes all sunken

the blood that spilled
the very best pills
couldn't make her happy
they just made her less yappy

the love she yearned for
only made her heart full of sores
listening to her parents fight
only made her loose her sight

she would give anything to die
just to commit suicide
she would write notes
but they only turned into quotes

she would draw a death on her arm
so she wouldn't be harmed
she would sit in the dark
waiting for Lark
