Your party

by XKt_ShellyX   Jun 13, 2005

Like a surprise party we waited for you,
quiet and still the tension grew.
Everyone knowing you'll soon be here,
because the hurst was getting near.

Your friends all dressed in black that day,
And stood and talked to you with such nice things to say,
Silent heavy devastated tears fell everywhere
These emotions, such feeling, it was so very rare.

To see where your body will forever lay
In that tiny little box I looked at it with such dismay
Couldn't see how it would be possible to live so confined
Your were boisterous Sam, one of a kind.

As you left the party your sister screamed for you to stay
She couldn't see either how this could be where you would forever lay.
But she slowly turned away from you
Not from madness but because she knew
That even though your body has now gone
Forever in her heart the memories will live on.
