Meeting U

Just when I thought I was set
I met you on the Internet
On the poetry website, to be exact
Since that time, you've kept my sanity intact

We e-mail each other every day
Always having something to say
I have few words while you have many
And you know what?...it doesn't cost us a penny

I have enjoyed talking to you
Only seeing you as a friend, that's most certainly true
Until the day you sent me the pic
And my heart went tic, tic, tic

Now I find
You are constantly on my mind
What to make of this, I don't know
But I'm hoping our relationship will continue to grow
