No Such Thing as Decency

by Kristina   Jun 16, 2005

I had looked forward to this for so l o n g .. .
And now it's just a memory,
A memory that will be with me for so long.. .
I wish that you would crawl in a deep dark hole and die,
I wish that I could take it all away,
I wish I could make you feel the pain I feel.. .
I just wish I could be perfect for you.

I always gave some of those guys a chance,
The ones that I thought could be the decent ones,
And I thought you were one of the decent ones,
The one that would let me cry on your shoulder,
The one that would let me have my moments,
I just thought you were a decent guy.. .

Was it because you're friends couldn't handle it??
Or was it because you thought you could get out of me what you wanted,
The compliments you long for so deep in your cold, cold heart.. .
Or did you really want to see if I liked you,
Someone that is not my usual guy,
Did you want to see if it was true, just to break my little [ [ f r a g i l e ] ] heart?
Could you not see the label heart is Fragile, Handle With Care?'
