I wanted it to be special,
I wanted to be on one knee,
I wanted to tell you,
That I love thee.

All night all morning,
Till the stage you asked me,
I had the most beautiful butterflies,
But I wanted to ask you just on one knee.

You are like my butterfly,
Just so beautiful and soft,
Just so delicate,
Just like a way the wind creates a waft.

So you’re my butterfly,
Let’s fly away,
Just together alone,
And there we shall lay.
