Super work. You did an wonderful job.

I don't know if this was inspired by the phrase "wear your heart on your sleeve" but it seems that way. You did well to expand on that, and I think it worked well. It reads as an encouraging poem about showing your emotions. I have one suggestion though, second stanza, fourth line, I think you meant "your."
Keep it up.

Apart from the fact that its a great poem, its got a great message too. Well done.

'Wear your conscience on your wrist'

This line means have a clear conscience, be open about how you feel.
