Death of Romance

by Lauren   Jun 16, 2005

Sink your teeth into my skin
Release the beauty from within
Drink my blood which flows like wine
Feast upon beauty, on love we shall dine
Romance, sweet romance
Your illusion has died
You've drowned in my tears
From all the nights I have cried
Misery, oh misery
Cometh toward me
We'll dance together
Set my soul free
Dig your fingers into my eyes
Blind me from love's cruel disguise
Scratch my arms until I bleed
Make me forget the things I dream
Love, you've failed me once again
My heart has broken, torn from within
Romance, no romance
You bring me such pain
Killing my heart
My emotions you've slain
Misery, sweet misery
Die down with me
Alone together
Dead- no deceit
