My reality

Baby, your the one I can feel it
I wish I could just take all your pain and heal it
I wish I could be there next to you in bed
I wish I could be the place where you rest your head
but soon we will be together at last
and not being together will be a thing of the past
finding you was my greatest accomplishment in life
and someday I will make you my wife
and we will live together by the beach
with a kid that we will teach
and his/her stories will be what we did together in the past
and we will know that forever we shall last
I will take you everywhere and show you everything
and on your finger you will wear a ring
and inscribed in that ring will be a heart
which will let you know ours beat as one and we'll never be apart
I thank god each night that he put you on this earth
because I think he chose us to be together at birth
we will be together until we grow old
and our love for each other will be a legend told
told by our children's, children's, children by the fire
and they will know that staying together is all I desire
I know right now impossible it seems
but I will show you in all your dreams
so take my hand and let me show you
that all I've said can come true
you are my soul mate from birth to death
and I will tell you I love you with every breath
when we die I will lay next to you and my tombstone will say
"you were the one from the very first day"
