Angel of Deception

Night creeps in,
Replacing the light of day,
My comfort slips away,
As dreams and happiness decays,
My smile becomes deceased,
Not scared of darkness,
Just the events that follow it,
He comes without a warning,
No matter where you try to hide,
He finds your soul inside,
And slowly begins to eat away your mind,
Slowly dry out your hope,
Fills your mind with endless lies,
About how I'm unwanted and unloved,
He's the nightmare in my life,
Taking way my want to live,
Who follows me everywhere,
Givin me pain and suffrage each day,
This Angel of Deception is my guardian,
Not welcomed and unwanted,
All because of my third floor bedroom,
When he slipped right in my opened window.
