As i sit and wonder

As i sit and wonder
about the world today
i always find things
i really need to say,

Why do people hurt others
is it just fun to see
watching others cry
in their own misery,

Why do people kill others
and blame it on the gun
are they sick and twisted
or doing it for fun,

Why do people lie to others
thinking thats the best way to go
for when they find out the truth
now they really know,

Why do people hide
from the world they live in today
is it because every time they talk
no one cares about what they say,

Why do people decide
that they must turn and run
using a little bullet
from a little gun,

Its because no one understands
what people put people through
so we take matters in our own hands
leaving us to do what we do,

If u just looked around
at everyone who is killed outside and in
and instead of judge by what they do
why not lend a helping hand,

Be there for them
when know one else is
maybe everyones days will be happy
instead of thinking they must end
