Don't Wanna Sleep

by AsTheCrowFlies   Jun 22, 2005

It's one o clock in the morning
And I refuse to fall asleep
Cuz every night
All I dream of is your face
The sight I can't stand
Cuz I know it's one thing I can't have
It's three o clock in the morning
When sleep finally takes it's hold
It's the same dream as always
I'm wearing a white dress
And standing on a cloud
Your right next to me
You look at me
Your brown eyes gazing into my blue ones
You smile slightly
As you reach to take my hand
But just then the floor gives way
And you disappear
I'm left alone to fall
Through an endless night
That's where it ends
As once again I wake
Sweat running from my brow
I stay and wait for sleep to come again
For that dream to haunt me once again
Waiting for endless night to rear it's head
It's one o clock in the morning....

great poem! has a lot of meaning to it, not just mummble jumble.
