God's whisper

Like an awakening rose
flourished with rays of sunshine
i open up to you
as i claim you're mine

i lift out my hand
who knew it was to my dismay
you'll love her tomorrow
and love me today

you call me her name as we sleep
but yet i ignore the thought
who knew she'd surpasss me
and remain the girl on top

so this last tear streams down my face
as i pack my bags and go
