Why do I have to feel this pain?
Every time I think of you
Why do I have to see your smile?
You don’t even have a clue

Why did you have to slash my heart?
The pain inside is deep
Why did I have to lose your mind?
Forever no more to keep

Why did I even fall for you?
You didn’t even try
Why did I let you get me down?
I can’t find the reason why

Why did our relationship fail?
After all we ever done
Why does my heart still beat?
When yours has flown and gone

Maybe its because I love you
Maybe its because I care
Maybe its because I always will
Even if you don’t want me there

    I personally love this. Its a great poem, great job. The only thing I would suggest is where it says :Why did our relationship fail?
    After all we ever done, it would sound better if it was:After all that has been done. But I still like it, you did a nice job! And yeah I kind of know the feeling of this poem it sucks. I hope things get better! You know there is always other people out there and it'll be hard to get over it, but itll happen in time. Well I hope the best for you and that things get better!
