See you started off bad
You stayed in the room and did not try to leave
You say, “Nothing happened”
Can you not see why that is hard to believe?

Now it is “whatever it takes”
That is the fastest I have ever lost trust
If only you would have walked away
After all this will there ever be an us?

What were you thinking?
Did you not know I was downstairs?
Did you think I would not look for you?
I guess at that time you just did not care!

Now you say you love me
After hearing her side
I do not know what to say
To be honest when I heard I cried

I want to fight this feeling
I do not know what to do
Im so scared of getting my heart broken AGAIN
But I know I am falling for you

When I give up this fight
Will something like this happen once more?
I need to know that it will only be me
Because for me it is only you I adore!

So until I feel there is trust
Im holding my heart from you
I need to know you will be true
Before I can say I love you to!
