I read the letter you wrote
it tore my heart in two
i couldn't believe it was really you
i couldn't believe what you thought was true

you left me so confused
again you left me not knowing what to do

I tried to understand
every thing you said

But it all seemed
to just go though my head

how could you say this?
how could my love you simply dismiss?

you know how i feel
you know that its real

how could you tear my heart in two
do you really think that this is true?
