On the bikes we peddled for awhile
Then I spoke and you returned a smile
Soon the words just started to flow
When deep inside our love did grow

Two years we spent together
And never would I trade that for any other
The love we shared was true and pure
The feeling between us had a mystical allure

I remember those looks you would have on your face
Each one would transport me to a different place
Some happy, some sad
But through out it all I was glad

Glad to have simply been with you
My love, my life the one I though to be my wife
But things changed and we grew apart
