I wish my feelings for you were only words
but i am afraid they are much deeper then that
i have been longing for you
for far too long
and now its time for me to prove you wrong!

I have been portrayed as a player
but thats not me
I am a romantic instead
and thats the side of me
i want you to see

My feelings jumped you suddenly
But the truth is i have liked you for a while
But instead of facing my fears
Have been occupied with someone else

Have always meant to be with you
But went for easier pray instead

But i know you are so right for me
But how am i to make things work?
I could score you at a ball sometime
But that would make me meaningless

I try to face my fears
And give you the facts
But instead of taking me seriously
you see it as an act.

I am not trying to add you to my list
I intend to be with you
But with an image like this hanging over me
its making it hard to convince you

Its pulling me apart not being with you
But i intend to change that sometime soon
For we are meant to be, I'm sure of it
so instead of rejecting me
give me a chance, and perhaps we can be.
