Rain Inside

by Michael Goddard   Oct 24, 2003

The droplets that settle beneath my feet
that soak into my souls
the sound they make as i stagger home
my journey short but long

the rains it seems, settles down
and stops is ochestric sound
yet in the sky all is well
because a rainbow i can see

so the rain it seems hat not stopped
but it carries on in me
and my soul is drenched
and my heart is heavy
for i wish there was sunshine for me
